I got into AI the same way most business owners are getting into it right now. I saw the potential, then I saw the chaos. Tools everywhere. Promises everywhere. Very little that actually runs day to day. What I learned fast is that the hard part is not the AI—it's the implementation. Connecting the systems, cleaning the data, setting up automations, writing prompts that don't hallucinate, and making sure the thing doesn't break when someone changes a field in the CRM.
