Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using NXT Catalyst's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

NXT Catalyst provides AI systems design, implementation, and optimization services for businesses. Our services include:

• AI Ops Readiness Scorecard and diagnostics
• Systems Blueprint design and planning
• Implementation and integration services
• Ongoing retainer support and optimization

Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business and requirements
• Grant necessary access to systems and tools required for implementation
• Respond to requests and feedback in a timely manner
• Pay for services as agreed in your service agreement

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

• You own all custom workflows, automations, and documentation created specifically for your business
• NXT Catalyst retains ownership of proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and templates
• We may use anonymized learnings to improve our services

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business information, strategies, or data to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

NXT Catalyst provides services on an "as is" basis. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, you will receive all completed deliverables and documentation for work paid to date.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kootenai County, Idaho.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
